These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Aetheris Sun LLC websites, browser extensions, software tools, downloadable assets, checkout flows, license services, support channels, and future applications.

Acceptance

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Products and license

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, Aetheris Sun LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the applicable product for your personal or internal business purposes. We retain all rights not expressly granted.

Accounts, licenses, and security

You are responsible for safeguarding license keys, account access, and devices where our products are installed. You may not share, resell, publish, sublicense, or circumvent license keys or usage limits.

Payments

Paid products are processed through Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. Prices, billing intervals, included features, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Subscription products may renew automatically unless canceled according to the checkout provider's cancellation process or our support instructions.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse our services, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer except where lawfully permitted, use products for unlawful activity, violate third-party platform rules, scrape or abuse third-party services through our tools, or remove proprietary notices.

Third-party platforms

Our products may interact with third-party platforms such as Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Stripe, Etsy, OpenAI, Apple, Google, or hosting providers. Aetheris Sun LLC is not responsible for third-party platforms, rules, availability, or decisions. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Productivity, margin, drafting, diagnostic, or workflow outputs are tools for review, not professional financial, legal, tax, or business advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aetheris Sun LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Aetheris Sun LLC for the product giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay, abuse support or systems, or if required by law or third-party platform rules. You may stop using our services at any time.

Changes

We may update services and these Terms over time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
