Refund Policy
Effective date: July 4, 2026
This policy explains how Aetheris Sun LLC handles refunds, cancellations, and license-access issues for paid software products.
Support-first approach
If a product does not work as expected, contact us at support@aetherissun.com with the purchase email, product name, approximate purchase date, and issue description. We will first try to resolve access, license, compatibility, or technical issues.
Subscriptions
Subscription products may be canceled before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous paid periods unless required by law or expressly approved by Aetheris Sun LLC.
One-time purchases
One-time software purchases are generally final once a license key has been issued or the product has been accessed, except where required by law or where Aetheris Sun LLC determines that a refund is appropriate because of a duplicate charge, payment error, or unresolved technical defect.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds may be denied for misuse, violation of our Terms, account or license sharing, unsupported third-party platform changes, buyer's remorse after substantial use, or inability to use a product because of circumstances outside our control.
Taxes and fees
Taxes, currency conversion charges, banking fees, and payment-provider fees may be handled by Stripe, your card issuer, or another provider and may not be fully controlled by Aetheris Sun LLC.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing time depends on Stripe, card networks, banks, and payment methods.
